In this role, you will independently manage a customer base and provide support for customer projects. You will onboard new clients and foster trusting relationships, competently addressing customer inquiries about our product via phone, email, and video calls. Collaboration with colleagues in marketing and sales will be essential as you identify optimization opportunities through regular analysis of customer needs and usage patterns. Maintaining regular communication with customers will be key to strengthening long-term loyalty, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive and solution-oriented support.

Ihr Profil

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, university degree, or comparable qualifications.
• Strong communication skills and a good feel for language.
• Fluent in Dutch (minimum C1/C2 level) and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Service-oriented, confident in presentations, and possess a competent demeanor.
• A true team player who enjoys engaging in tasks.
• Goal- and results-oriented with a sense of responsibility.
• High initiative, resilience, and flexibility.
• Open-minded, empathetic, and quick to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and ticket systems.
