We are looking for a talented Customer Success Executive to join our Spryng team in the Netherlands for a fixed-term contract of 7 months. In this role, you will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing fast and effective solutions, anticipating customer needs, and helping them maximize the value of our services. You will work in an international environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention, gaining hands-on experience while learning from real challenges.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries through various channels, including chat, email, and phone, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Take full responsibility for the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to complex technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform capabilities and optimize user experience.
• Facilitate successful client integrations by delivering platform demonstrations and ensuring value realization.
• Identify client needs and growth opportunities, referring qualified leads to the Sales team.
• Contribute innovative ideas for platform enhancements and support workflow optimizations.
• Track performance data and KPIs to drive measurable improvements in customer experience.
• Serve as a liaison between our business and international operators, managing escalations and regional requirements.
• Act as a communication hub across business units to ensure efficient information flow and rapid issue resolution.

Vereisten

• Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans of andere talen is een plus.
• Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte professional die goed functioneert in een dynamische omgeving.
• Passie voor technische en klantgerichte aspecten van de customer journey.
• Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden.

• Bekwaam in IT-systemen en software, met name binnen Microsoft Office.
