Als Customer Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en oplossen van complexe supportvragen van gebruikers van ons platform. Je ondersteunt voornamelijk accountants- en administratiekantoren die met uitdagende vraagstukken over de applicatie, koppelingen en financiële rapportages komen. Je onderzoekt waar een probleem ontstaat, analyseert de oorzaak en denkt mee over de beste oplossing. Je krijgt vraagstukken rondom jaarrekeningen, financiële rapportages, dashboards en verschillende integraties binnen het platform, waardoor je jezelf ontwikkelt tot specialist van de software. Je fungeert als schakel tussen de klant en development, signaleert terugkerende issues, denkt mee over productverbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers niet alleen een antwoord krijgen, maar ook écht verder geholpen worden.
