Als Customer Technical Advisor (CTA) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde omzetdoelstellingen en bied je technische ondersteuning aan klanten die gebruik maken van onze Toolmatic en pneumatische apparatuur. Je speelt een sleutelrol in zowel pre-sales als post-sales activiteiten en draagt actief bij aan de commerciële groei door technische expertise te combineren met klantgericht advies.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten voor Toolmatic en pneumatische producten.
•
Voorinstalleren van producten bij klanten.
•
Opleiden van gebruikers in functionaliteit en first line onderhoud.
•
Analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen.
•
Contact onderhouden met industriële klanten vóór en na verkoop (telefoon, mail, chat…).
•
Ondersteunen van het distributieverkoopteam.
•
Geven van productdemonstraties.
•
Actief new business ontwikkelen en prospecteren.
•
Samenwerken met strategische prefab partners.
•
Bezoeken van locaties voor technische analyses.
•
Verzamelen van data over storingen en rapporteren aan management.
•
Meedenken over productverbeteringen en marktontwikkelingen.
•
Adviseren van klanten over producten en pricing.
•
Ondersteunen bij forecasting en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
•
Signaleren van nieuwe opportuniteiten.
•
Input geven rond prijsaanpassingen.
•
Beantwoorden van klantvragen.
•
Oplossen van issues rond levering, productie of facturatie.
•
Beoordelen van garantieclaims en plannen van herstellingen.
•
Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om service- en verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen.
•
Toepassen van probleemoplossende technieken.
•
Bijdragen aan continuous improvement (CBI).
•
Opbouwen van sterke interne en externe relaties.
