The Role

We’re seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Deal Desk Manager to help accelerate deals and streamline Armada’s quote-to-close process, acting as our first Deal Desk hire supporting our EMEA and APAC markets. You will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance, managing the tools and processes that support quoting and contracting, driving efficiencies in order management, and enabling our GTM teams with best practices to improve deal velocity and compliance.

Responsibilities

•

Support sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle, including quote creation, approvals, contract routing, and order booking.

•

Ensure deal compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.

•

Manage the deal desk queue and serve as the primary contact for deal-related questions across the EMEA and APAC markets.

•

Act as a subject matter expert on order management tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, Ironclad), assisting with administration and end-user training as needed.

•

Conduct primary reviews of all executed contracts to confirm accuracy and compliance with internal policies and best practices.

•

Partner with Legal and Finance to maintain templates and workflows for quotes, contracts, and order forms, identifying opportunities for streamlining.

•

Facilitate requests for non-standard deal-related items between Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal as needed.

•

Collaborate with RevOps to automate and scale quoting and contracting processes.

•

Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training to Sales and Customer Success on deal desk tools and best practices.

•

Create and maintain documentation for quoting and contracting procedures.

•

Identify friction in the quote-to-close process and propose solutions to accelerate deal velocity.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on contract and pricing strategies.
