De rol

We are looking for Debt Collection Experts to join our advisor network in a consultant capacity. This role requires no full-time commitment, just your expertise and judgment, compensated on an hourly basis (approximately 5–20 hours per month). You will collaborate directly with Murphy's product and AI teams to ensure our voice agents effectively negotiate, escalate, and comply with regulations, incorporating real-world insights into our technology design and training.
