The Role

This position, based in the USA, involves leading the clinical development of the company's innovative products within the US market. Responsibilities include designing studies, engaging with regulators and clinical investigators, and managing relationships with Contract Research Organizations (CROs). We are looking for a proactive leader who is self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about developing safe and effective medicines for patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical development and operations for innovative pharmaceutical products.
• Design clinical studies and manage regulatory interactions.
• Collaborate with clinical investigators and manage CRO relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory submissions and processes.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Clinical Development and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Submissions and associated processes.
• Background in Medicine or a related scientific discipline.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or similar) is highly preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in global clinical trials and knowledge of international regulatory environments is a plus.
