Locations: London | Amsterdam | Brussels This role serves as a senior strategic partner to Practice Area (PA) leadership at the LAB level, focusing on driving commercial performance by collaborating with MDPs, PA Nodes, and Client Teams to align talent with client needs. You will optimize billability, pipeline health, capacity planning, and staffing while supporting overall PPPL career development. Leading the LAB PA & PPPL Performance Team, you will foster a transparent, commercially focused approach to performance partnering across PAs. Reporting to the LAB Talent & Performance Senior Director, you will work closely with the LAB Performance Director and LAB Ringfence Performance Partner Director, and act as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders.
Staffing

Serve as a strategic partner to PA leadership, delivering data-driven insights on staffing decisions and commercial levers.

Collaborate with PA Nodes to forecast case demand and provide input on prioritization for maximum commercial impact.
•
Manage end-to-end staffing for PPPL populations, prioritizing requests and optimizing utilization.
•
Proactively address capacity and staffing risks while maintaining transparency in decision-making.
•
Review and approve holiday and exceptional leave requests, balancing individual needs with capacity targets.
•
Oversee talent risk management, including wellbeing signaling and reintegration planning.
