The Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, order-related questions, and general support. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing development to help you succeed in your role.
Requirements
- C1/C2 level of Dutch, both written and verbal
- High level of English
- Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
- Valid EU passport
- Must be either living in Greece or willing to relocate; relocation package available for successful candidates living abroad
