We're seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Dyson's customers from the comfort of your home in Greece. As the first point of contact, you'll provide friendly and professional assistance across phone, email, and live chat inquiries.

The Role

In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Providing information and resolving issues related to Dyson products.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• C1/C2 level of Dutch, both written and verbal.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Native language and nationality must be stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• Valid EU passport.
• Must be residing in Greece or willing to relocate (relocation package available).
