De rol

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients regarding energy products, services, billing, and account management through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions about their energy contracts and consumption data, ensuring clarity in communication.
• Troubleshoot issues related to energy supply, meter readings, and service disruptions with a customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers on energy-saving options and sustainable products in line with Eneco's mission.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to team leaders.

Vereisten

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
• Valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is highly advantageous; experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive queries with professionalism.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.
• Basic proficiency in English for internal communications.
• A positive mindset with enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
