The Role

You will provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with inquiries about mobile services, home internet, and TV. You'll help with SIM card activation, internet setup, TV installation, and basic technical troubleshooting, delivering friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling (full training provided) while maintaining accurate customer records and collaborating with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English (B1+).
• EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending additional products or services.
• Basic technical understanding and good computer skills.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
