De Rol
In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries from customers in the Netherlands via phone, live chat, and email—no cold calling involved! You'll guide users through simple tech solutions like setting up mobile data roaming and troubleshooting internet issues. You will also identify opportunities to introduce customers to better packages and keep customer files accurate in our CRM system. Fluency in Dutch (C2/native level) and a solid command of English (minimum B1) are essential, along with a passion for communication and technology.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and email.
- Assisting users with tech solutions such as mobile data and internet troubleshooting.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling packages and add-ons.
- Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM platform.
Vereisten
- Fluent Dutch speaker (C2/native level).
- Basic English proficiency (minimum B1).
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Familiarity with standard software interfaces and troubleshooting.
- Valid EU Passport or legal residency to work in Spain.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
