The Role
You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients using Booking.com’s platform through phone, email, and chat. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions, while efficiently resolving complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and service-related questions.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is an advantage.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with paid relocation support provided.
