The Role

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Accurately diagnose and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues based on established protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments and follow up for timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to team leaders.
• Collaborate with multilingual support teams to share best practices and improve service standards.
• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction and response time targets.
• Stay updated on client products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch proficiency (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport for relocation and employment eligibility.
• Strong customer-first mindset with experience or enthusiasm for customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid computer literacy and proficiency in CRM and office software.
• High professionalism and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
