De Rol

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Expert, you will act as a key contact for Dutch-speaking subscribers, assisting them in maximizing their experience with the streaming platform. Your role will include providing high-quality support through various communication channels and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with account management inquiries, including subscriptions, billing, and access issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to streaming quality and app performance.
• Guide customers through platform features and personalization settings.
• Log customer interactions and feedback in the internal CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Stay informed about new content releases and platform updates.
• Contribute to team goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Vereisten

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
• Strong digital literacy and enthusiasm for streaming platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer queries.
