The Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering professional and efficient customer support to Dutch-speaking users. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries related to search engine features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking users via email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with queries regarding search engine features, account settings, and product functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the internal CRM system.
• Identify and escalate recurring or complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are mandatory; strong English skills required for internal communication.
• Valid EU passport or documentation for legal residence and remote work in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer support or digital customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
• Strong interest in search engine technology and digital products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities for managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.
