The Role

As a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst, you will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Your work will help protect millions of users by assessing and acting on harmful content and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate Dutch-language content on social media platforms, ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
• Identify and act on harmful or policy-violating content, including hate speech and misinformation.
• Analyze patterns of suspicious behavior across social media channels, escalating cases as necessary.
• Provide well-documented decisions on content and account reviews, maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold platform safety standards.
• Monitor trends and digital risks within the Dutch-speaking community, contributing to policy development.
• Handle sensitive user reports with professionalism and adherence to data privacy regulations.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on trust and safety frameworks and best practices.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Valid EU passport.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community behavior in Dutch-speaking markets.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of content reviews.
• Resilient mindset to handle sensitive content responsibly.
• Previous experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of English for effective communication in an international team.
