The Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Financial Customer Service Agent, you will deliver professional support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding financial products and services, addressing inquiries through various channels and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients on banking, insurance, payments, and investment queries.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Requirements
