The Role

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding Fitbit products, including fitness trackers and smartwatches. You will assist with device setup, troubleshooting, and feature guidance, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and empathetic support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding Fitbit products.
• Assist with device setup, synchronization, troubleshooting, and software updates.
• Guide users through health and activity tracking features.
• Resolve account-related issues, including app login difficulties and subscription management.
• Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the internal CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases.
• Stay updated on the latest Fitbit products and industry trends.
• Contribute to team performance goals by maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Genuine interest in health technology and wearable fitness devices.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk is advantageous.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to troubleshoot software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
