The Role

In this position, you will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers needing assistance with iRobot products. You will provide high-quality technical support and product guidance, ensuring a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and product guidance for iRobot devices via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing clear solutions in Dutch.
• Log customer interactions and technical cases accurately in the CRM system.
• Guide customers through product setup, app connectivity, and firmware updates.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams while managing customer expectations.
• Stay informed about iRobot product releases and developments in consumer electronics.
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute feedback to internal teams.
• Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and represent the iRobot brand.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch proficiency (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport for relocation and employment eligibility.
• Passion for consumer electronics and smart home technology.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment in Bulgaria.
