The Role

In this dynamic position, you will handle inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers, assist with booking modifications, and provide expert guidance on travel options. Your role will also involve resolving customer complaints and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound reservation inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist travelers with modifications, cancellations, and confirmations of accommodation reservations.
• Provide detailed information on travel options, property details, pricing, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints related to reservations in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with accommodation partners and internal teams to ensure reservation accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Stay informed about travel trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport required.
• Strong customer service orientation and passion for travel.
• Previous experience in customer support or the travel industry is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital tools and CRM platforms; familiarity with Booking.com is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup in Greece.
