The Role

We are excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant, working remotely for a prominent company in the Customer Support Services sector. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients, providing prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements.
• Log and track all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure complete resolution and a positive customer experience throughout the support journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by offering feedback on recurring issues and process inefficiencies.
• Stay informed about product updates and service enhancements to provide accurate advice to customers.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions, fostering client trust and loyalty.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
• Valid EU passport required for relocation and employment eligibility.
• Strong customer service mindset with prior experience in Customer Support Services or client-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and standard office software; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Proactive and self-motivated with effective time management skills in a remote work environment.
• Good working knowledge of English is advantageous for internal communications.
