As a Travel Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their bookings, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your passion for travel and fluency in Dutch will be instrumental in delivering personalized service to our clients.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in the booking process and offer solutions to their travel-related questions.
- Effectively resolve issues related to reservations, changes, or cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our systems.
