Join our dynamic ELAV team as an Electrical & Avionics Systems Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in the design, development, integration, and monitoring of electrical systems and avionics. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including Product Management and Project Leaders, you will ensure that our systems meet customer and airworthiness requirements.

The Role

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:

• Develop modifications to aircraft designs in line with customer and airworthiness standards.
• Monitor new technologies, select potential applications, and translate them into concept designs.
• Define system and project requirements while supporting product management.
• Engage in system integration and create research, test, and system specifications.
• Support system and aircraft tests.
• Prepare, review, and approve certification reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering related to electrical systems or avionics.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of system design and safety assessments.
• Familiarity with Do178/160/254 design processes, qualification norms, and EASA/FAA CS25/FAR25 standards.
• An affinity for aircraft design and operations, as well as other aircraft systems.
