As the EMEA Head of Risk Financing & Analytics, you will define and implement Aon's analytics strategy across the region. Your role will involve engaging with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring top-tier analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities:

Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
•
Collaborate with teams across Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices, and Client Leadership to deliver innovative analytics solutions.
•
Support business development activities by showcasing Aon's analytics value.
•
Drive the development of next-generation analytics tools, including Analyzer and Diagnostic capabilities.
•
Foster innovation in emerging risk areas such as climate, cyber, AI, and natural catastrophes.
•
Establish standard approaches and methodologies for analytics delivery.
•
Provide thought leadership and risk insights to aid clients in decision-making.
•
Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals across various regions.
•
Develop and implement the RFA growth and profitability strategy aligned with Aon's objectives.
