We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a growing SaaS organization in Utrecht. The company develops an innovative SaaS platform for the real estate sector, enabling real estate professionals to digitally manage and optimize their processes. The scalable product is used daily by more than 350 customers in both private and public sectors within the real estate industry.
The Role
The international engineering team consists of 11 professionals and is entering a significant phase: transitioning from one team into two, and potentially three autonomous, cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with the tech lead, who oversees the technical direction, while you focus on building high-performing teams.
