About the role Imagine leading the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, closely collaborating with our external ERP implementation partner to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. In your role as ERP Finance Specialist, you will focus on system maintenance, optimizing workflows, safeguarding data integrity, and partnering with various departments to ensure ERP functions meet real business needs.
The Role You will:

Convert finance requirements into functional solutions within our ERP platform, focusing on value addition and minimizing off-system practices.
•
Develop a deployment roadmap and manage integration with existing operations.
•
Chair and conduct regular project team meetings to ensure effective communication and set expectations with stakeholders.
•
Assess and contribute to business processes and functional requirements definitions based on knowledge of ERP module standards.
•
Gather and challenge needs from internal stakeholders, particularly finance, production, and operations teams.
•
Ensure implemented solutions adhere to internal and regulatory policies, identifying and aligning non-conforming processes.
•
Contribute to the broader Enterprise Systems strategy, providing financial insights on technology direction and initiatives to support business transformation.
•
Collaborate with key Finance contacts and Systems Analysts to understand requirements and develop system solutions.
•
Align financial processes across multiple business functions, including Operations, for comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
•
Monitor project performance, report progress, and take corrective actions as needed.
•
Apply appropriate risk management practices to improvements, projects, or programs, mitigating or escalating identified risks.
•
Train and support employees in utilizing our ERP system and other IT tools.
•
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, IT processes, and training materials.
•
Analyze, optimize, and digitize existing business processes.
