We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Systems Analyst to collaborate with various teams and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) applications. This role focuses on support, optimization, and enhancements of Oracle SCM systems.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Systems Analyst to partner with teams across Accounting, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. You will play a key role in shaping functional requirements, improving processes, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) applications.
The Role
You will lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, go-live, and user training. Your work will involve core Oracle modules including Order Management, Inventory, Receivables, Shipping, Advanced Pricing, EDI, Vertex, and Intercompany flows. You will support planning, scheduling, replenishment, purchasing, serial transactions, consigned inventory, and integrations with external/third-party systems. Additionally, you will write functional designs, guide technical teams, and support custom reports, interfaces, and extensions. You will drive test planning and execution, provide day-to-day application troubleshooting, and partner with business users to identify improvements and implement process enhancements. Participation in an on-call rotation and collaboration across global time zones is also expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst working with Oracle Supply Chain applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (required).
- Strong understanding of operational processes across customer service, warehouse, shipping, and supply chain.
- Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- SQL/PLSQL and EDI experience (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
