Als Stagiair(e) Event Management bij Booking Experts ben je van begin tot eind betrokken bij de organisatie en coördinatie van zowel interne als externe evenementen. Je schakelt met diverse externe leveranciers en werkt nauw samen met onze interne teams om alles strak te plannen. Je beheert samen het eventbudget en stemt de draaiboeken tot in detail af. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het opstellen van het marketingplan en de promotie rondom de events om te zorgen voor maximale zichtbaarheid en leadgeneratie. Het leukste onderdeel is dat je zelf aanwezig bent op de nationale en internationale evenementen om op locatie de boel in goede banen te leiden. Je fungeert daar als mede-aanspreekpunt voor de locatie, leveranciers en onze eigen collega’s. Na afloop duik je in de evaluatie: je verzamelt verbeterpunten, analyseert de resultaten ten opzichte van de gestelde KPI's en zorgt dat we een volgende keer nog scherper staan. Bereidheid om te reizen is voor deze rol dan ook een absolute must.
Vereisten
•
Je volgt een relevante mbo-, hbo- of wo-opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Event Management, Hotelmanagement, Toerisme, Communicatie of Commerciële Economie).

Je hebt affiniteit met de toerisme-, hotellerie- en recreatiebranche.
•
Je hebt ervaring met of een sterke interesse in een internationale of dynamische werkomgeving.
•
Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en weet complexe vraagstukken goed te coördineren.
•
Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, een flexibele instelling en een gezonde hands-on mentaliteit.
•
Je bent resultaatgericht en wilt graag bijdragen aan concrete doelstellingen en groei.
