Maintain detailed timelines, budgets, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Define success metrics and deliver post-event analysis for continuous improvement.

Create and approve event assets to ensure brand consistency.

Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline planning and execution.

Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues during events.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategy with business goals.

•

Mentor junior team members and oversee contractors and agency partners.

Based in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, or Germany.

•

4+ years of event management experience, including full ownership of conferences.

•

Proven ability to manage the full event lifecycle from planning to execution.

•

Experience making real-time decisions on-site during events.

•

Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time, including long-haul travel.

•

Curiosity and adaptability in using new marketing technologies.

•

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

•

Familiarity with registration platforms like Zuddl and tools like Salesforce preferred.

•
