About the Company

The Role

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for establishing the menu and ensuring the quality of dishes while leading a kitchen team of around 20 people. Your mission is to deliver generous, high-quality cuisine reminiscent of comforting childhood dishes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare dishes while adhering to Mama's values.
• Ensure quality service, proper storage, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Control and manage the storage of supplies.
• Collaborate with management and the Group Executive Chef on menu creation.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a kitchen team.
• Ensure kitchen profitability through optimal use of goods and rigorous management.
• Maintain hygiene standards and master the HACCP method.
• Oversee the proper use of all kitchen equipment.

Requirements

• Passionate and creative with a strong opinion on food quality.
• Highly organized and able to manage stress effectively.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely regarding quantity, presentation, and taste.
• Proficient in translating recipes into technical sheets.
• Strong management skills with expertise in cost control and productivity optimization.
• Experience in recruiting and developing talent.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with suppliers.
