Als Facility Manager Soft Services bij ASN Bank organiseer en verbeter je continu facilitaire diensten, van catering en schoonmaak tot post- en groenvoorziening. Je bent de regisseur die onze externe Integrated Facility Management (IFM)-partner aanstuurt en functioneel leidinggeeft aan de front-desk medewerkers.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•
Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar concrete facilitaire diensten en bewaken van het huisvestingsconcept van onze kantoren en flagship stores.
•
Aansturen van de IFM-leverancier en bewaken van SLA's, KPI's en contractafspraken voor alle soft services.
•
Helder onderbouwen van standpunten richting interne stakeholders op alle niveaus.
•
Initiatief nemen en anticiperen op ontwikkelingen om verbeteringen en innovaties door te voeren die aansluiten bij onze duurzaamheidsambities.
•
Bewaken van het budget en functioneel leidinggeven aan de front-desk medewerkers.
