The Role You will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation and commissioning of a diverse range of advanced robotics equipment and providing customer support. A problem-solving mindset and hands-on expertise in both hardware and software are essential. You will be responsible for:
•
Leading service partners to ensure timely, correct, and safe installation and commissioning of equipment, including wheeled robots, charging stations, moveable shelves, QR codes, and safety controls.
•
Providing technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment, along with customer training.
•
Managing and tracking on-site installation and commissioning work as a site manager.
•
Responding quickly to service queries related to field services to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment availability.
•
Training service partners and overseeing hardware implementation acceptance after their tasks.
•
Performing other service-related work.
•
Working on customer sites for 2 - 4 weeks or longer.
