The Role
As a Field Service Engineer EBPG, you will manage assigned customer cases, including periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs. You will install new systems, perform site surveys, and provide training and guidance to customers. This role requires close cooperation with Service colleagues and cross-functional teams in Production and Engineering. You will prepare service tasks, translate requirements into materials and tools, and support the team when not traveling. Clear communication with customers regarding work performed, technical findings, and recommended follow-up actions is essential. Additionally, you will complete administrative tasks such as service reporting, documentation of parts used, time registration, and escalation of unresolved issues while identifying improvement opportunities in daily work processes.
