This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Leadership Team to ensure robust financial oversight, insightful commercial analysis, and the operational discipline necessary for sustainable growth.

The Role

As the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of Sanctum’s finance function across various international entities. Your role will extend beyond mere number reporting; you will significantly influence business decisions related to pricing, investment, and growth strategies. You will enhance financial visibility and governance while ensuring scalable processes. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team, you will help navigate the business through its next growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance finance operations across all entities.
• Deliver accurate and timely month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Maintain strong financial controls and consistent accounting policies.
• Drive automation and build scalable, efficient finance processes.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across the business.
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Partner with the Leadership Team on pricing, revenue performance, and growth strategy.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead the audit process and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Oversee reporting cycles, audit readiness, and investor deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and cash management.
• Experience managing month-end close and maintaining rigorous financial control.
• Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach, comfortable with both strategy and execution.
• Track record of improving processes, systems, and financial visibility.
• Highly analytical with strong commercial judgment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Strong technical grounding in core accounting principles.
• Experience in an SME or scale-up environment.
• Exposure to multi-entity or international business structures.
• Experience in building or evolving finance functions.
