We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will ensure compliance with CSRD, VAT, and corporate tax regulations, manage intercompany accounting processes, and support SOX controls in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes for CSRD compliance, overseeing VAT and reconciliation reviews, collaborating with tax advisors on corporate income tax filings, executing intercompany processes, and advising on SOX processes in cooperation with Internal Control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSRD compliance processes.
• Oversee VAT, Intrastat, and reconciliation reviews for compliance.
• Collaborate with tax advisors on corporate income tax filings.
• Execute intercompany processes, including invoicing and account reconciliation.
• Advise and maintain SOX processes in cooperation with Internal Control.
• Assist with revenue reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or Big 4 experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in technical accounting or auditing roles.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP and Workiva.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and flexible mindset with strong organizational abilities.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Dutch and Mandarin is a plus.
