Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het end-to-end proces van schadeclaims, waarbij je zorgt voor een snelle en zorgvuldige afhandeling. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden:
Verantwoordelijkheden:

Ontvangen en registreren van schademeldingen van klanten en collega's.
•
Verzamelen en controleren van alle benodigde informatie en documentatie.
•
Beoordelen van de polisdekking en de gemelde schade.
•
Coördineren van de schadeafhandeling met interne en externe partijen.
•
Financieel afhandelen van schadebetalingen en administratieve vastlegging.
•
Signaleren van verbeterkansen in het schadeproces en deze vertalen naar procesverbeteringen.
•
Bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van een gestroomlijnd claimsproces voor grote zakelijke relaties.
