Als Medewerker First Party Marine ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, collega's en verzekeraars. Je bent primair verantwoordelijk voor het end-to-end behandelen van schadeclaims en zorgt ervoor dat schades snel, zorgvuldig en efficiënt worden afgehandeld.
Hoe ziet je dag eruit
•
Ontvangen en registreren van schademeldingen van klanten en collega's.
•
Verzamelen en controleren van alle benodigde informatie en documentatie.
•
Beoordelen van de polisdekking: past de gemelde schade binnen de voorwaarden en dekking?
•
Coördineren van de verdere schadeafhandeling met interne en externe partijen, zoals experts, verzekeraars en klantteams.
•
Financieel afhandelen van schadebetalingen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve vastlegging.
•
Signaleren van verbeterkansen in het schadeproces en deze, samen met collega's, vertalen naar concrete procesverbeteringen.
•
Actief bijdragen aan het onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van een gestroomlijnd claimsproces.
