We’re seeking a Floor Supervisor to enhance our team at Lotti’s. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure efficient service, maintain high standards, and anticipate guest needs while managing operational figures. You will lead and motivate our talented staff to excel in their roles.

The Role

As a Floor Supervisor, you will create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests, exemplifying The Hoxton Way. You will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, lobby, and mezzanine, and be responsible for onboarding new team members and providing SOP updates to management.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming environment for guests.
• Set the Vibe and Tone of The Hoxton Way.
• Ensure adherence to Hox Standards and LQA.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including training and developing waitstaff.
• Maintain knowledge of food, beer, and wine.
• Drive upselling and suggestive selling initiatives.
• Support the bar management team as needed.
• Conduct team member chats and performance reviews.
• Create work schedules and maintain inventories.
• Ensure compliance with cash control procedures and complete necessary reports.

Requirements

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Proactive approach to responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience as a floor manager or supervisor in a high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of local employment law and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Competent computer skills.
