HighRadius guarantees Value Creation for the Office of the CFO with a single Agentic AI platform that integrates over 180 AI agents to streamline processes such as Order-to-Cash and Accounts Payable. In this office-based role in Amsterdam, you will work five days a week with 40% travel across Europe. Please note that this is a local position, and candidates must have the right to live and work in the Netherlands.

De Rol

In this role, you will focus on Value Delivery and Process Optimization by identifying technology and process improvements to drive business outcomes, such as DSO reduction. You'll conduct deep-dive audits of client finance workflows to pinpoint friction points and design adoption strategies that enhance user engagement with our AI platform.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Lead monthly operational committee meetings with client SMEs to review health metrics.
Prepare executives for Steering Committees with data-driven narratives of value delivered.
Prioritize client requests and technical enhancements, focusing on impactful changes.
Align client desires with the core product vision to prevent scope creep.
Manage internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Consulting to resolve escalations.
Lead task forces during critical issues, owning resolution timelines and post-mortem strategies.

Vereisten

Proven experience as a trusted advisor, comfortable leading meetings with Finance Directors and managers.
Strong analytical skills, utilizing a value vs complexity matrix for problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and German is a plus.
Ability to manage a portfolio of around 20 customers with strong leadership capabilities.
