The Role

As a Freelance Onsite PC Technician, you will provide essential first and second level support to end-users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with IT tools and services.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for Office applications, especially Office 365.
Set up and deploy new computers using internal tools (training provided).
Onboard users to company IT tools.
Troubleshoot and support printers.
Address network-related issues, including firewalls, switches, and connectivity.
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch and English.
Proven experience in both Level 1 and Level 2 IT support.
Ability to work independently without backup.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD administration) and ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.
