Join the Document Management & Archives team at Wageningen University & Research as a Functional Application Administrator for the Corsa archiving application. You will bridge the gap between business users and IT, optimizing processes and enhancing document management practices.

The Document Management & Archives (DMA) department is responsible for providing administrative information and supporting various units at Wageningen UR in information and document management. We are looking for a functional administrator to manage the Corsa archiving application and improve its functionality.

The Role

You will act as the liaison between business users and IT, engaging in discussions to identify functional needs and improve processes across applications. Your responsibilities include monitoring performance, optimizing application functionality, conducting tests, implementing improvements, and advising stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the link between business users and IT, identifying functional needs.
Monitor and optimize application performance in collaboration with business and IT teams.
Conduct tests and implement improvements to applications and their interfaces.
Advise and guide stakeholders through effective collaboration.
Primarily manage the Corsa archiving application while being open to handling other applications as needed.

Requirements

HBO-level education and thinking skills.
Knowledge of archiving and experience in information management.
Familiarity with the Corsa application or a desire to specialize in it.
Understanding of the underlying infrastructure.
Experience with Scrum in an Agile environment.
Excellent command of both Dutch and English (C1 level).
