You will establish a sustainable workforce planning strategy that supports succession management using Rentokil's Management Development Programme, ensuring the highest standards are met regarding health and safety for colleagues, customers, contractors, and the environment. Driving employee engagement and improvement in survey scores will be key, along with ensuring the organizational structure supports strategic objectives. You will oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of human resources, ensuring suitable training, coaching, performance management, and reward systems are in place. The performance management system will be closely linked to incentives and compensation, and you will propose changes to the compensation plan to drive improvement. You will develop and implement incentives to encourage behavioral changes and create a succession plan for key positions to minimize disruption.
