In this role, you will serve as the strategic HR partner for DLL’s Commercial organization, collaborating with senior CCO leaders to implement a people agenda that drives customer-focused growth and market autonomy. Your support will encompass transformation initiatives, organizational design, leadership alignment, workforce planning, and talent development. You will work closely with the CCO leadership team, Market HR leaders, and HR Centers of Expertise to ensure the new commercial operating model is effectively embedded, fostering clear accountabilities between global and market teams.

• Act as the strategic HR Business Partner to CCO leadership, advising on people priorities that support DLL’s commercial strategy and customer-centricity.
• Collaborate with CCO leaders to translate commercial priorities into workforce plans and sustainable people initiatives.
• Guide leaders through transformation processes, including role and reporting line changes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, talent management, and organizational health.
• Partner with Market HR leaders to ensure alignment on CCO people priorities and deliver practical HR solutions.
• Use workforce data and insights to advise on workforce risks and capability gaps.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive CCO culture focused on customer and commercial outcomes.

Vereisten

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, international organization, preferably in commercial or transformation functions.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Ability to connect commercial strategy with HR actions and interventions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and sensitive organizational topics.
• Strong analytical mindset to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborative leadership style with cultural sensitivity.
