Ensure leadership, expert and functional development programmes support long-term business priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on learning, talent and organisational capability. Build strong partnerships across HR, Functional Academies and the business to embed learning into everyday performance. Drive collaboration and best-practice sharing across Mondi's global learning community. Own the end-to-end global learning experience, ensuring high-quality, engaging and business-relevant programmes. Lead Mondi's learning operations development, external partnerships and learning technologies. Support the ongoing HR transformation agenda, including the integration of learning within the broader digital people ecosystem (SAP SuccessFactors LMS). Define success measures that demonstrate business value and organisational impact. Use learning analytics, skills data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve programmes and inform future priorities.
