The Role

We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Integration Lead for Europe to play a pivotal role that bridges supply chain and growth. You will support Anduril in establishing supplier relationships in Europe and serve as a strategic advisor to growth teams and industry partners, facilitating the introduction of Anduril products into the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive Anduril's European expansion by supporting growth and corporate development teams in forging relationships with industry leaders across the UK and Continental Europe.
• Shape pre-contract strategies by leading scope definition, proposal development, and term sheet generation during the early phases of international captures.
• Represent supply chain interests in critical go/no-go decisions, contributing market intelligence and risk assessments to leadership discussions.
• Monitor and analyze the UK/EU industrial ecosystem, emerging manufacturing technologies, and regulatory developments to identify partnership opportunities.
• Develop a regional supply base by proactively identifying and qualifying suppliers across diverse commodity categories.
• Lead end-to-end supplier engagement for Anduril's European partners, assessing technical capabilities, capacity, quality systems, and financial stability.
• Master multi-tier visibility by understanding and mitigating supply chain risks across various supplier tiers.
• Drive localization initiatives that enhance competitive positioning and comply with national security supply chain requirements.
• Provide strategic advisory support to European industry partners' supply chain teams in developing regional suppliers.
• Support sourcing strategies for partners executing Anduril programs, ensuring alignment with technical and security requirements.
• Navigate regulatory complexities to ensure compliance with European regulations (REACH, RoHS, ITAR, etc.).
• Collaborate with business line teams to assess existing sourcing strategies and align them with Anduril's product roadmap and cost targets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Anduril's engineering, operations, and program teams and UK/European manufacturing partners.
• Partner with Product Sourcing Engineers and Global Sourcing Managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage supplier performance, including escalation protocols and strategic capacity planning to support rapid scaling and new product introductions.
