Kiloverse is the operational force that helps ventures grow — building the systems, teams, and infrastructure that turn ideas into scalable businesses. We are looking for a Google Channel Lead to build and scale Google into a real growth engine for our new and emerging brands at Kilo. Today Google is underused relative to its potential - your mission is to turn it into a primary acquisition channel alongside Meta.

The Role

This is a build role, not a maintenance one. Google is a tech-heavy channel: winning means making the algorithms, signals, and measurement work for us - not just running campaigns. You'll own the channel end-to-end across multiple brands, set the technical and strategic foundations, push spend up the funnel into Demand Gen, PMax, and YouTube, and build and lead the team that delivers it. You'll start with a small team (currently two) and grow it as the channel scales, with a path to shape Google across the wider Kilo group.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Google channel across a portfolio of new and emerging brands, owning the strategy and roadmap from tracking foundations through to demand-gen scaling.
• Lead, hire, and grow the team, managing and mentoring your specialists, and setting standards.
• Set the channel's measurement requirements and partner with our tracking team to define what Google needs to perform.
• Move spend up the funnel, scaling Demand Gen, PMax, and YouTube as performance channels.
• Partner with brand CEOs, Marketing Managers, Creative Leads, and Tech Developers to design scalable, high-performing account structures.
• Own the Google partner relationship, representing Kilo and driving adoption of best practices.
• Stay hands-on for high-stakes technical and strategic problem solving.

Requirements

• Proven track record building and scaling Google as a major acquisition channel.
• Deep technical fluency in Google’s bidding, signals, and attribution.
• Strong people management skills with 2+ years of experience.
• 6+ years in performance/growth marketing with current Google expertise.
• E-commerce/DTC demand-generation experience.
• Ability to drive complex initiatives and manage stakeholders across functions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a matrixed organization.
• Data-literate, fluent in attribution models and campaign analytics.

Nice to Have

• Experience in health & wellness B2C; working knowledge of additional channels (Meta, AppLovin).
