De Rol

As a participant in our Graduate Trader Program, you will embark on an 11-week structured training program in London, commencing on September 6, 2027. This initial phase will equip you with the technical foundations, trading judgment, and desk understanding essential for a successful career in options market making. You will also establish valuable relationships with colleagues in the UK.

Following the training, you will return to our Amsterdam office for desk placements, gaining hands-on experience in live trading environments and preparing for a dedicated trading desk role.
