As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing loyalty and collectibles campaigns, preparing sales presentations, and creating print-ready artwork while collaborating closely with internal teams and production partners.

The Role

In this position, you will work at the intersection of creativity and execution, contributing to the development of visually compelling materials that align with our clients' marketing strategies. You will ensure high-quality production and brand consistency across all deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging presentations for pitches, client meetings, and sales opportunities.
• Design packaging, promotional materials, POS assets, and campaign visuals.
• Prepare, review, and finalize print-ready artwork and production files.
• Support concept development and visual storytelling for loyalty and collectibles programs.
• Translate strategic and commercial objectives into impactful design solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders on international projects.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, visual development, and production processes.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, production design, or a similar creative role.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and experience creating client-facing presentations.
• Solid understanding of print production processes, artwork preparation, and packaging design.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to balance creativity with practical execution.
• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, promotions, packaging, or shopper marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with 3D visualization, motion design, or digital design is a plus.
• Practical experience with AI-supported creative tools and workflows (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Claude, ChatGPT or similar).
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI-assisted design processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills required; Dutch and/or German language skills are a strong advantage, with additional European languages considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
